Volko Supply provides this site and all satellite websites associated with
Volko Supply Co. Inc., as a service. While we have attempted to
maintain the information on this site as accurately as possible, the site may
contain errors or omissions for which we disclaim any and all liability and shall have the right to refuse or cancel any
orders placed for products listed with incorrect information. You should read carefully all product
information and packaging supplied by the Manufacturer.
Volko Supply shall not be liable for defects, damage or failures, caused by
unauthorized alterations, unreasonable use, accident or abuse, including failure
to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance, after our product has been
delivered to you.
Volko Supply will not disclose personally identifiable information, IP
numbers or the like to a third party unless requested to do so by law, court of
law or by a governmental or law enforcements authority.
Guarantee
All products are guaranteed "New in Box". Re-packaged or
re-furbished products are not offered for sale on our websites.
Volko Supply takes pride in distributing superior products. We buy
direct, and all items sold/distributed by Volko Supply Inc.
are automatically covered by a Manufacturers Guarantee against defects, unless
otherwise noted. Any custom or altered items are not returnable.
We are not responsible for any damages resulting from
work done by certified or non-certified installers. We do not guarantee
compatibility.
Shipping
We ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS and are subject to the shippers terms and
conditions.
In stock products usually ship same day or next business day depending on packaging and quantity.
We are not responsible for shipping delays or problems once a package leaves our
premises..
Packages going to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the lower 48 States do not
qualify for "free shipping" and are subject to additional shipping fees.
Inspect all packages at time of
acceptance. All damaged, defective or missing item claims must be reported by
the next business day after acceptance of package. After that time, the customer
accepts responsibility and will not hold Volko Supply liable. In the event of
loss or damage, Volko Supply will only be liable for the actual cost and/or
replacement of the merchandise
Sales Tax
Volko Supply is required to collect sales tax within New York State.
If the destination of your package is within the state of New York, sales tax
will be added to your order. If the destination of your package is outside New
York, no sales tax will be charged.
Returns
All returns require authorization and a copy of
the receipt or packing list. All returned products should be shipped
freight prepaid, insured and traceable via assigned shipper. Customer is
responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments. The
item must be shipped with original packaging intact and in a re-sellable
condition. Original packaging that has been defaced or written on will not be
accepted. Please double box the return package. Shipping and handling fees are
not refundable in any event. All refunds will be less any applicable fees
or charges.

Unfortunately, a return situation does occur every now and then.
Depending on the product we are subject to the Manufacturers
return policies. Re-stocking fees, re-boxing fees, return shipping charges
etc...
Volko Supply Co. may also implement it's own return fee on
credit card purchases. A 5%-10% fee may also be charged in addition to the
manufacturers terms on full returns. This fee may be waived upon a repurchase
in the same transaction.
All custom orders are not returnable for any reason.
Shipping charges are also not refundable.
Exceptions....
Manufacturers defects are always dealt with immediately and a
replacement will incur no additional charges to the purchase.
Shipping damage will be handled by the shipping company's
regulation and inspection policy. Upon validation a replacement will be sent
and there should be no additional charges to the purchase.
Non-defective / Un-damaged item: Items which are suspected defective/damaged but
which are found not to be by a Manufacturers technician or
shipping inspector will be charged a return fee.
Our return policy reflects the fact that
you pay good money for a "new" product, not someone's return.
